THEIA Election Ballot 2019 Officers & Directors

INSTRUCTIONS In keeping with the recent Bylaw changes THEIA elections are now available online for your convenience. Fields on this ballot followed with an " * ", asterisk are mandatory and must be filled in before a ballot is eligible for submission. In the advent of duplicate ballots or repeat submissions of ballots, the ballot received first or with the earliest time/date stamp will be the ONLY ballot that will be processed and/or accepted.
This ballot will serve as the official ballot for the 2019 Texas Hunter Education Instructors Association annual elections.

If you wish to download a ballot to submit offline you may obtain your ballot here: Offline Ballot
Currently we are having issues with this offline ballot being delivered in a format that can be filled out on the computer if you download it from here. If you wish to have a ballot that is able to be filled out on the computer emailed to you please email theia.elections.@gmail.com and we will email you a ballot directly.
Under each elected position chose ONE candidate you wish to vote for. Upon completion of the ballot you may use the submit button at the bottom of the page and the ballot should be then processed and- e-mailed to the e-mail address of: theia.elections@gmail.com.
If you do not wish to e-mail the ballot using the submit button you may download a ballot form and e-mail the filled out ballot directly using the e-mail address above or you may fax the ballot to 214-444-8821.
If you wish to mail through the US Postal service your ballot it must be received on or before midnight December 15, 2019 and you may mail it to THEIA - POB 271523, Dallas, TX 75227
Eligible voting members will be allowed one ballot per individual. If more than one ballot is received from any one individual the ballot received first or with the earliest time date stamp will be consider the only official ballot. Ballots received from non-eligible voters will be destroyed and are not counted.

ELIGIBILITY VALIDATION

TPWD Hunter Education Number *To use the online ballot you MUST be an active TPWD Hunter Education Instructor in good standing with the Department. If you do not know your number you must contact TPWD directly to obtain your Hunter Education Instructor number from them.

Ballots without Hunter Education Instructor numbers will be considered non-eligible votes. To get your number call 512-389-8142
