Joeseph “Joe” F. Delahoussaye
Joe’s bio is:
My name is Joseph F. Delahoussaye and I would like to be re-elected as your secretary.
I was born and raised in southeast Texas. I began hunting and fishing around the Golden Triangle area and enjoy both sports around the US.
I served in the US Air Force and have worked in the Criminal Justice field in Federal, State, and County levels for over 30 years.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education, BS in Criminal Justice and Associate degree. I also teach numerous Law Enforcement classes.
My volunteer experience has been both extensive as well as varied to include Red Cross Instructor, BSA Adult leader, Texas Boater Ed Area Chief, TYHP Huntmaster and Hunter Ed instructor.
For the past 8 years I have lead an outreach hunting and fishing program called Badges, Bucks and Bass sponsored by Travis Co. Sheriff Dept.
I favor financial responsibility and open communication. I plan to continue to work toward growing both Hunter Ed as well as THEIA to be the premier program for the US as well as internationally.
